We produced the design for a single-storey side return with internal reconfiguration, creating a spacious kitchen / living / dining area with a separate utility and WC. The space includes warm engineered wood floors throughout, underfloor heating, large telescopic sliding doors, and large rooflights  to maximise light.  Phase 2 is underway with planning permission granted for loft conversion with L-shaped dormer.
