Our project managers ensure that each project, large or small is delivered to a very high standard in line with client budgets, specification and time constraints. Our project managers explain each step of the process in detail, including the itemised quote, the project timeline / programme and the JCT contract, so that the client has full clarity on all stages of the project.
Our Services
Once planning permission has been granted whilst technical drawings are produced, our Project Managers will provide a detailed cost estimate for the build and prepare the contracts. When our Construction team starts on site, the Architect and Project Manager stay involved to ensure the scheme is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality of finish.

How We Work
Once planning has been approved we produce an itemised quote and a detailed programme of works in order to offer unparalleled clarity to our clients. Our final quotes are Fixed Price to give our clients peace of mind, this fixed price quote is attached to a JCT Contract. For each project we undertake, large or small, we produce a Key Document showing a comprehensive list on what we need on site and when, assisting you throughout as and when required. We have a trusted network of wholesale suppliers so we can offer far better quality and value, from wood flooring through to kitchens and everything inbetween.
