How We Work
Following the initial, no-obligation consultation, we will provide a fee proposal to clearly outline our scope of works. Once appointed, one of our Architects and Designers will be allocated to you for the duration of your project. A measured survey of the existing space will be carried out, following which our Architects and Designers will produce their designs in 3D modelling software which enables the client to get a better understanding of the space. Once the scheme has been developed to ensure the client is completely happy Smart Developments Ltd will submit the planning application for you. Once planning is approved.....
