Brief: Smart were appointed to carry out demolition,  structural support work, reconstruction works, repairs and alterations to the existing ground. first, second and third floors in preparation for the fit out of a high end restaurant and private members club.

Smart were also responsible for external courtyard space and the creation of a new basement level.
