Brief: Part 2 of a 3 phase project, was to design a timber frame, 3 bay garage with office accommodation above, including kitchen and bathroom.

Dormer windows and a feature gable window were introduced to maximise daylight and capture views of the surrounding countryside.

Phase 3 design for Moss Side Corner featuring single storey rear extension and double storey front extension

PHASE 3 COMING SOON

For phase 3 we have designed a single storey rear extension and a double storey front extension to the main property.

The rear extension will house a large open plan kitchen and dining space whilst the two storey front extension will provide an entrance porch and grand entrance hallway at ground level and an additional bedroom at first floor.
