Brief: We were appointed to transform an existing small, rundown bungalow. We introduced a loft conversion, ultimately creating a spacious five-bedroom family home. The scheme also included the addition of a new porch and garage to the front, enhancing both functionality and street presence. Externally, the house was finished in a stylish contemporary palette, with crisp white render complemented by grey slate roofing. Internally, generous rooflights were incorporated throughout to maximise natural daylight, while large glazed doors to the rear open onto and frame views of the garden, creating a strong connection between the interior and the outdoor space.​
